My stream is totally messed up. I have decided to wipe the hard drive via BIOS and need to know what to do next. The reason I want to clean everything is it will not reboot, corrupted files, stuck on diagnostics . I't's a total mess!!!!!! thank you

If you wiped the HDD using the utility in the BIOS, the only suggestion I can offer, would be to clean install W10 as follows...
To reinstall W10...Use the Media Creation Tool. Make the 64 bit installation media.

You can make a W10 USB flash drive installer using an 8 GB flash drive using another Windows PC, since your PC is not working.
W10 fill find the product key in the BIOS during the installation process, install, and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Here are the steps to create the W10 USB flash drive installer...
- Select Download tool now, and select Run.
- If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
- On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10. You want 64 bit.
- Select which media you want to use:
- USB flash drive. Plug in a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.
After W10 is installed you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

cant find bootable device
Can someone please help me I'm stuck st cant find bootable device after system kept restarting when I corrected changes made by my friendly hacker stalker.. after attempting restore or reset on device from troubleshooting my lappy stopped process half way and restarted but the last time it went to cant find bootable device.
After changing bios and hardware check pass I got half way thru win 7 installation and was told cant find drivers. And I dont know where to look or if they are there still but I tried win xp and finished not 30 seconds be4 message flashed machine has to shut down to protect itself.??
So I downloaded drivers for my p.c and read up that I need to change the boot startup bios options again but I dont know the correct package to try win7 from usb bootable flash type package with correct installer shi cant access a comp that works I only have my phone and I've been trying to get it all in one step by step process.
Can anyone help me or has my ex the hack succeeded in yet another expensive brick. ? ??

Appreciate you try those steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
Step 1 Hard Reset -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.
3) Remove the Battery.
4) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.
5) Plug-in the Adapter and put the Battery back into the computer.
6) Try to turn on the computer.
Step 2 Windows Updates troubleshooter -
Click on this link to run Windows Updates troubleshooter.
Step 3 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 4 HP Support Assistant Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 5 BIOS Update -
Download and install the BIOS Update from this link.

I have a HP2000-2d49wm Notebook... I recently bought it and it has a persons name on it and asks for a password once it starts up. Is there anyway of gaining access to this computer and restoring it back to factory settings? I do have the restore disks that were made for it but cant seem to get them to run either... please help... I need in this ASAP!

HP Envy x360 Ryzen F19 BIOS " HP owners are left with a device not fit for purpose"
HP if your reading any of your forums please take note!
After installing this bios update i am now left with a device that is not fit for purpose,
1. on start up i get a screen of snow them have to select windows key and b to repair bios on every start up.
2. virtually impossible to use microsoft edge without it shutting down whenever the GPU is required.
3. on contacting online support i recieved virtually no assistance apart from the windows B solution above.
4.Still no fixes from HP Support Assistant.
5. No public response to owners advising we are aware of an issue and looking to resolve it.
SHAME ON YOU HP FOR TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thankyou for your response,
A sense of frustration really as after reading 10 pages of users with the same issue and work arounds that do not fill me with any confidence that the issue can be resolved easily without further updates from HP.
Are you able to provide any information from HP or a fix?
